GR3 Commercial provides a comprehensive commercial window refurbishment and restoration programme, as a cost effective alternative to premature replacement due to water ingress, defective weather/gasket seals, failure of opening mechanisms; locks and hinges, health and safety requirements or because of defective double glazed units.
The level of refurbishment works undertaken varies from an initial clean and surface restoration, to a complete survey, strip-down and repair/replacement of defective glazing and all associated components.Both modern and period restorations are undertaken. Upon completion, windows will be aesthetically acceptable, watertight, fully operational and comply with all current Health & Safety legislations.
Our Site Technicians are trained to CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) standards, IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standards, IPAF (Industrial Powered Access Federation) standards and PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association) standards. Our Health & Safety Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers and Site Technicians are also trained to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) standards.
