Improving the Aesthetics and Performance of Commercial and Architectural Glazing

 

Cleaning glazing and cladding is essential not just to preserve aesthetics but to wash off pollutants that can degrade materials to the point where performance is compromised and, in extreme circumstances, Health & Safety issues arise.

GR3 will undertake the external and internal cleaning of all glazing, cladding and associated framework.

Cleans are completed on a one-off basis or can be followed up by a scheduled program of visits – this is particularly appropriate to buildings with large areas of glazing and cladding as different sectors can be cleaned in rotation.

A cleaning program will include:

•    The removal of accumulated dirt, debris and pollutants, using specialist cleaning agents if required

And can be extended to include:

•    A full service to all external weather seals and gaskets
•    Tightening or replacing loose or missing fixings  
•    The overhaul of rainwater systems
