The Commercial Building Refurbishment Division undertakes massive overhauls of the furniture to all windows and doors; replacement of outer cappings and flashing's and repairs to all associated signage and lighting services.
The Commercial Building Refurbishment Division is based at the GR3 central London Office. This office is ideally situated to provide the opportunity to visit and discuss future projects. Experienced GR3 Project Managers, Designers and Contracts Managers will be able to offer advice on matters such as program, access options, licensing issues, design alternatives, current legislation relating to glazing in the workplace and general refurbishment options. Advice is available to cover all aspects of a buildings external fenestration and associated plant items.
Our Site Technicians are trained to CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) standards, IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standards, IPAF (Industrial Powered Access Federation) standards and PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association) standards. Our Health and Safety Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers and Site Technicians are also trained to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) standards.
