Multiple High Level Glass Changes have been completed to the British Headquarters of the M. W. Kellogg Oil Company. Other works include Lead Flashing Replacements, Monthly Contract Cleans, Gasket Replacements and High Level Solar Film Installation.As you can see GR3 Commercial have carried out a number of High Level and Low Level Glazing Works of large and small glazed windows. In order to carry out some of these works we have to require specialist access. As well as using ropes and harnesses by qualified GR3 Commercial Rope Technicians, we also use large truck mounted hydraulic access booms, and the on site cradle. In order to use this machinery special training on site is required.
Within the multiple High Level Glass Replacements carried out, GR3 Commercial have also been able to provide the service for the replacement of green tinted opening fire exit windows, to match the existing.
Like the above mentioned, the majority of works carried out at the Kellogg Tower are conducted out of hours. Within this, Gasket Replacement Works to the Main Atrium were undertaken outside normal working hours due to Health and Safety Risks and so as not to disrupt the tenants working day.
GR3 Commercial are also able to offer extensive cleaning contracts that cover from monthly, to quarterly to yearly. At the present time the Kellogg Tower has a monthly cleaning contract, and their new building, the ARES building is on a quarterly cleaning contract.
All site operatives when works have been carried out have undergone a GR3 Commercial and MWKL Induction. The names of all operatives who received the Induction were recorded in the MWKL Induction Pack kept in the Facilities Office.
