Multiple High Level Glass ReplacementsOver the years GR3 Commercial have continued to attend to the glazing concerns, principally glass replacements required at this prestigious Conference Centre in Westminster.
Security within the centre is of paramount importance. All GR3 Commercial operatives have to be announced and all works have to be carried out outside working hours.
Due to the nature of this particular project, highly specialised expertise is required on this site. GR3 Commercial continue to perform multiple out-sized double glazed unit replacements to the vertical curtain walling on the front elevation, which requires specialist articulated, self-propelled diesel boomed man-lifts and the use of ropes, harnesses and qualified operatives. All units are polysulphide bonded, so require specialist cutting equipment in order to successfully remove and to prepare for replacement of new.
In addition GR3 Commercial replace out-sized double glazed units to the overhead atrium within the Conference Centre. Access for this is extremely complicated and high risk, which requires experienced and qualified abseil and rope technicians.
